My name is Francesca and
I am a 21-year old student living in Paris for a year as part of my university
course. I’m a Scot who sounds English and was born in the States – I’d love to
say that makes me “multi-cultural”, but mostly it just confuses me a bit. I
have loved clothes for as long as I can remember – especially the fact that you
can adopt a new persona simply by changing your outfit. My love of the chameleonic nature of
clothes means that I don’t really have a defined style – I wear what will make
me feel my best in any situation. I love to dance, to sing, to read but, above
all, to talk - all the time, anywhere, to as many people as possible. I’m
trying to learn as many languages as possible simply so that I can communicate
with as many people as possible. And clothes are just a wonderful means of
non-verbal communication.
